Job Title: CRM & Operations Executive
Department: CRM - Growth
Reports To: Growth Division Head

Role Summary
The CRM & Operations Executive ensures process integrity, data accuracy, and workflow efficiency across PSA and Counselor teams. This role is critical in maintaining structured follow-ups, reporting, and operational visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the CRM system
Ensure all leads are logged, updated, and tracked accurately
Monitor PSA follow-ups and attempt completion
Track meeting schedules, outcomes, and conversions
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
Flag stale or unattended leads for action
Coordinate between PSA, Counselor, and Management
Maintain SOP compliance and data hygiene
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong CRM and data management skills
Upselling and Cross-Selling other products and services
Attention to detail and process discipline
Reporting and dashboard preparation
Coordination and follow-up skills
Basic understanding of sales funnels
Preferred Qualifications
15 years in CRM operations, sales ops, or backend coordination
Experience with CRMs like Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
Strong Excel / reporting Skills
