CRM & Client Revenue Executive

We are hiring: CRM & Client Revenue Executive

Dusala is looking for a serious, in-house team member in Raipur who can manage customer communication and turn conversations into revenue.

This is not a basic calling or support role.

This person will be responsible for generating revenue through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, website queries, abandoned checkouts, customer follow-ups, and repeat client conversations.

The work will include:

Daily customer calls and follow-ups

LinkedIn messaging and lead follow-ups

WhatsApp customer handling

Email communication

Website and Shopify query handling

Abandoned checkout recovery

Product and option sharing

Shipment tracking and customer updates

Complaint, return, exchange, and escalation handling

Daily reporting of calls, leads, orders closed, revenue generated, and pending follow-ups

The person will also support work related to Sugandha Kedia and any connected CRM, communication, follow-up, and coordination tasks.
