Critical Care Doctor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Critical Care Consultant / Associate Consultant/ Attending Consultant to provide expert care for critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU-MICU-NICU). The role involves diagnosing and managing complex medical conditions, leading multidisciplinary care teams, performing critical care procedures, and ensuring high standards of patient safety and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and treat critically ill patients in Critical Care settings being part of Critical Care Team.
• Perform and supervise critical care procedures and interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans.
• Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and support to medical staff.
• Ensure adherence to evidence-based practices and hospital protocols.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits.

Requirements:

• MD/DNB/DM in Critical Care Medicine
• MD/DNB in Anesthesiology with Dip/ Certification Courses in Critical Care and Experience Exposure in ICU and critical care management.
• Valid medical registration/licensure
• Strong clinical decision-making, communication, and leadership skills
