Payout: $40 - $60/hour

Role Overview:

One of our clients, a global leader in the technology industry, is seeking a Program Manager (Crisis Ops) to lead crisis management initiatives and drive the execution of critical response programs. This is a contractor role that involves working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and evaluate structured reasoning tasks for AI model training. The ideal candidate will have expertise in crisis management, incident response, and business continuity planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation, refinement, and implementation of robust crisis response and incident management rubrics for AI model training

• Develop clear, actionable tasks and structured assessment frameworks to inform model training and evaluation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and evaluate AI model training programs

• Provide operational procedure development and sound judgment under uncertainty

• Drive the development of emergency operations plans and business continuity planning initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Crisis management and incident response expertise

• Business continuity planning (BCP) and emergency operations experience

• AI model training basics and data analysis skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Cross-functional collaboration and remote work proficiency
