Cricket Coach

Role Description The Cricket Coach will deliver structured training sessions for players at various skill levels, focusing on batting, bowling, fielding, and overall game awareness. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning practice drills, assessing player performance, providing individual feedback, and ensuring safe and inclusive training environments. The coach will collaborate with academy staff to schedule sessions, support talent identification, and prepare players for local matches or tournaments. The role also involves maintaining discipline, promoting sportsmanship, and encouraging holistic development of participants. This is a part-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Cricket and Cricket Coaching, with practical experience in playing or coaching the sport.
• Demonstrated skills in Coaching and Training, including planning sessions, teaching techniques, and mentoring players.
• Effective Communication skills to provide clear instructions, constructive feedback, and positive motivation.
• Relevant coaching certifications or formal training in cricket or sports coaching are highly beneficial.
• Experience working with youth or mixed-ability groups in an academy or club setting is an advantage.
• Ability to maintain a safe training environment and adhere to academy policies and codes of conduct.
• Strong organizational skills and reliability in managing part-time, on-site coaching schedules in Hyderabad.
