RoleOverview
This is not just a ball-picking job. You'll be at the heart of daily operations, helping ensure smooth practice sessions for our clients while maintaining the BatBox energy on the field.
Responsibilities
Assist in daily practice sessions (ball collection, machine loading, net setup)
Operate bowling machines (training will be provided)
Interact with players and ensure they have a great experience
Help maintain nets, equipment, and overall facility
Support the team in day-to-day operations
Qualifications
Minimum 12th pass (Freshers welcome)
Disciplined and easy-going personality
Basic communication skills
Passion for cricket (a big plus)
Willingness to learn and grow with the team
No prior experience required full training will be provided.
