Position: Associate - crew Trainer

Overview: As a Crew Trainer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality Onboarding, training, and performance of the Zingbus bus crew. Your primary goal is to create a pleasant and safe working environment for bus crew, and assisting them with any needs they may have during their tenure with Zingbus. .

What you will do:

1. Crew Onboarding and Training:

  • Collecting, shortlisting, interviewing, and training the bus crew for Zingbus.
  • Managing and revising the crew related SOPs and policies
  • End to End management of Crew NPS.

2. Crew Performance

  • Managing and maintaining the Crew Performance as per Zingbus standards.
  • Making sure there are minimum to zero crew related complaints across all channels.
  • oking after Crew Call Quality and Behaviour rating.

3. Communication and Coordination:

  • Managing and assigning the trips to Crew post training.
  • Developing Channels for weekly Crew communications.
  • Provide regular policy updates to Crew in case of any changes in policy.

What we are looking for:

Experience

  • 1-2 years in Fleet Management, Blue collar staff management
  • Any Bachelor's degree.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Previous experience in onboarding and training blue collar workforce is a plus.
