The Crew Member role at Maiz Kitchens is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru South. Responsibilities include preparing and assembling food items, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role requires effective communication with team members, adherence to safety and quality standards, and a commitment to creating a positive dining experience for customers. Crew Members are also expected to assist in inventory checks, restocking supplies, and supporting other team members as needed.

• Basic food preparation and kitchen safety skills
• Competence in customer service, communication, and problem-solving
• Teamwork and time management abilities
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Prior experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Flexible schedule and availability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
