About Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES)
CRES provides support to all business functions on Annual Branch/Office Network Expansion Plan of the Bank, Upkeep & Maintenance of existing branches & offices, Safety & Security and Administration including other Offices like RAC, Currency Chests and Regional Office.
The department plays significant role as it deals with multiple internal/external stakeholders including vendors, various business teams and its verticals, F&A, compliance, audit etc. to ensure uninterrupted branch operations and safety of the employees besides implementing the ideas that brings cost & energy efficiencies, reductions to cost of operations and improved turn-around-time
Key Responsibilities
-Driving ABEP program (Branches, RAC, Other Offices) for timely conversion within budgetary cost and complying all regulatory and statutory norms
-Process governance (ensuring all works are undertaken after due diligence and on receipt of approvals as per Bank / Department approved SOPs guidelines)
-Budget governance timely review and reconciliation of budget v/s actual cost
-Business and strategic alignments (such as RBBH, Circle Head, Cluster Head, Vertical Head, etc.)
-Monitoring and ensuring timely closure of Unidesk complaints and escalations
-Governance on ordering and payments (Monitor and review P2P order / payments pertaining to respective geography teams)
-Ensuring timely renewal of leases
-Ensuring availability of No Due Certificate from the vendors of various teams
-Be the go to person for addressing grievances / complaints from vendors / stakeholders
-Certifying and submitting monthly control reviews on periodic basis
-Addressing any statutory complaints / legal disputes pertaining to premises in the geography to resolution
-Driving, monitoring and reporting performances of special projects in terms of outcome planned v/s actual e.g. rent rationalisation, electricity cost saving initiatives, LEDfication, etc.
-Watch and ward / vigil and impart guidance / training on the transactional / behavioural issues of the team members
-Conduct daily huddle with teams
Qualifications
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
.Education -Graduate/Post Graduate in Law/Engineering with Good written/verbal communication
.Leadership skills
.Experience- 12 - 15 years
