Job Description
Basic Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical)/ DME
Overall work experience: 3 -5 Exp with BE in the field of Heavy Equipment or Automotive Engine Design / Agricultural Equipment design
- CAD Tool: Should have minimum of 3 years hands on experience in Creo 4.0 /Creo7.0 modules.
- Provide CAD support for Modeling and drafting casting ,Sheet metal components for Automotive/Off highway applications using Creo-Part modeling, Advanced Part modeling, Surfacing modeling techniques as appropriate.
- Creo Hands on experience Casting, and Sheet metal
Good in Creating production drawings of Castings, machining drawings and sheet metal parts with GD&T. - Experience in Skeleton modeling, copy-geometry merge inheritance and reverse engineering.
- Handling of large assembly management
- knowledge in Casting processes including Sand Castings, HPD, LPD, Continuous castings and their application
- Execution experience of Wind-chill PDM.and MBD
- Independent work executer with little support
- Good communication skills – both written and oral
