what will you do

  • take ownership in designing and driving credit risk strategies across underwriting, limit assessments, pricing structures, portfolio management, and collections
  • lead initiatives to define and implement new product and pricing strategies by closely collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and data science
  • act as a key contributor to the growth of the lending business by generating significant top-line and bottom-line impacts
  • conduct advanced analytics to analyze credit performance, uncover root causes of emerging trends, and develop actionable insights to enhance credit decisioning and portfolio optimization
  • stay ahead of macroeconomic and consumer behavior trends to forecast risk and adapt strategies accordingly

you should apply if you:

  • have 2-6 years of experience in credit risk, data analytics, or relevant roles in consulting, banking, or lending
  • possess a proven record of success in data-driven decision-making, with a strong aptitude for quantitative analysis and conceptual problem-solving
  • are highly proficient in analytics tools such as SQL, Python, R, or advanced Excel, and can confidently interpret and model data
  • demonstrate the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and strike the right balance between being aggressive and responsible in decision-making
  • have a deep understanding of credit risk management, lending products, or consumer credit trends, with tangible achievements in driving portfolio growth or mitigating risk
