Domain - Credit risk / Fintech 

Roles and Responsibilities : 

1. Credit risk strategy development for retail loan portfolio using users transactional data and risk scores
2. Cross-sell and upsell using customer segmentation
3. Scorecard validation and Monitoring 
4. A/B testing and deriving insights to grow the loan book 
5. NPA management and prediction
6. Collection analytics and recovery efficiency improvements
7. Team player who can work with cross-functional teams to gather data and derive insights 
8. Monitoring key risk metrics and report generation

Mandatory Technical skill set : 

1. Previous experience in credit risk strategy development for retail loan portfolios is mandatory 
2. Python 
3. Statistical analysis and A/B testing
4. Excel
5. SQL 
6. Visualisation tools such as Redash / Grafana / Tableau / Power BI
7. Bitbucket, Githubs and versioning tools
