Job Title: Manager – Credit Operations (Commercial Lending)
We are seeking an experienced Manager – Credit Operations with strong financial acumen and deep expertise in loan documentation and credit analysis. The role requires strategic oversight, team leadership, and end‑to‑end ownership of documentation quality, compliance, and service delivery in a fast‑paced, SLA‑driven environment.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Word; strong exposure to CRM, Loan Origination Systems (LOS), and loan servicing platforms preferred
- Demonstrated people‑management skills including coaching, performance management, and team development
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end‑to‑end credit documentation and loan analysis operations, ensuring adherence to credit policies, program guidelines, and regulatory requirements
- Oversee review of loan applications and supporting documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Establish quality control frameworks, standardized checklists, and audit mechanisms to maintain high documentation standards
- Guide teams in collecting, validating, and organizing borrower documentation including financial statements, tax returns, ownership structures, insurance, and other relevant records
- Review and resolve complex document discrepancies related to entity details, financials, ownership, and compliance risks
- Act as a primary point of escalation for critical documentation, credit, and process issues
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Underwriting, Closing, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless file movement and on‑time closures
- Monitor SLA adherence, productivity, quality metrics, and team performance; implement corrective and improvement measures where required
- Drive process optimization, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement projects
- Ensure accurate system updates, reporting, and documentation within CRM and Loan Origination systems
- Support talent development through coaching, training, and succession planning
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 5 years of experience in credit operations, loan documentation, or underwriting support
- At least 2 years of people‑management experience as a Manager (official designation mandatory)
- Prior experience managing teams in BFSI / lending / financial services environments is mandatory.
- Willingness to work Night Shifts and Work From Office (WFO)
