SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES

Core Responsibilities

Responsible for increasing business in the assigned geography /cluster
Participate in meetings with branch leaders and training branch staff/reportees regarding product benefits and features.
Connect to customers, understand needs, provide closures..
Complete understanding of product, process, pricing, subvention, guidelines etc.
Hire, train and motivate sales officers to improve their productivity and revenue.
Ensure coordination with team for sales, activation and service TATs
Create cross sell opportunities of other products.
Effectively use productivity tool for lead management and record all meetings /activities/ trainings with the branch team.

Minimum Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline from an authorised institution with relevant work experience
