Credit Manager - Tractor and Crop Finance-Tractors and Farm Equipments (TFE)-Credit

Detail Job Description:

1. Check KYC, application form, land document, vehicle documents and vehicle photo, HP document, valuation, and FI reports.
2. Evaluate potential and existing customer creditworthiness by analyzing CIBIL, dedupe, repayment history, FI report, and other financial documents.
3. Adhere Company Policies to reduce financial risk.
4. Coordinate with sales team for file queries and other requirements to balance growth with secured credit terms.
5. Monitor overdue collections and work on lower days sales collections.
6. Infant Data calling and ensure its collections to be done.
7. Train new employees regarding Policy, system, credit assessment.
