Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Credit Manager for salaried personal loans, based in Pune. The Credit Manager will oversee credit appraisals, assess credit risks, and ensure compliance with organizational credit policies. Responsibilities include analyzing risk profiles, and approving or recommending credit applications. The role also involves monitoring credit portfolios and collaborating with relevant stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks.

Qualifications

• Experience in Credit Management and Credit Risk Management, including the ability to evaluate and approve credit applications.
• Strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to assess financial statements and risk profiles of clients effectively.
• Knowledge of Finance and Credit principles, including an understanding of industry standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong decision-making abilities and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required; an advanced degree or relevant certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
• Prior experience in financial services or banking is an advantage.
