Role Overview

As a Credit Manager, you will play a key role in evaluating and managing credit risk within our short-term lending portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

* Evaluate loan applications for short-term lending products

* Perform credit underwriting, risk assessment, and decision-making

* Analyze bureau reports, income stability, and repayment capacity

* Develop, implement, and refine credit policies

* Collaborate with collections and risk teams to optimize portfolio performance

Requirements

* 1-5 years of experience in NBFC / Fintech / Payday Loan / Digital Lending

* Strong understanding of underwriting and collection processes

* Experience in short-term lending products preferred

* Excellent analytical and decision-making skills

* Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
