Credit Manager – Credit Hub (Underwriting Secured Loans)

Conduct detailed underwriting of secured loan applications including mortgages and other collateral-backed loans

Evaluate applicant financials, credit history, and collateral to determine creditworthiness

Perform risk assessment and recommend appropriate loan structures, terms, and conditions

Ensure compliance with internal credit policies, underwriting standards, and regulatory requirements

Make informed credit decisions on approvals, rejections, or restructuring options

Collaborate with relationship managers, credit analysts, and other stakeholders for efficient loan processing

Monitor and manage secured loan portfolio performance and identify emerging risks

Ensure accurate documentation and coordination with legal and compliance teams

Provide support and guidance on complex underwriting cases

Prepare reports on portfolio performance and provide insights to senior management
