Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Credit Manager role based in Jaipur. The Credit Manager will oversee credit assessment and approval processes for customers, ensuring adherence to company policies and maintaining healthy credit portfolios. The role involves analyzing financial statements and customer payment behavior, setting credit limits, monitoring outstanding balances, and managing collections to minimize credit risk. The Credit Manager will collaborate closely with sales, finance, and operations teams to support business growth while maintaining prudent risk controls. Responsibilities also include preparing credit reports, updating credit frameworks, recommending improvements to credit policies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
Qualifications

• Strong credit management and credit risk management skills, with experience in evaluating customer creditworthiness.
• Solid understanding of finance and credit principles, including financial statement analysis and cash flow assessment.
• Advanced analytical skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets and data analysis tools for credit monitoring and reporting.
• Experience in credit policy formulation, collections, and dispute resolution within FMCG, wholesale, or related sectors is beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications in credit or finance are an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to make sound, data-driven decisions under time constraints.
