Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Delhi/Nodia, India for a Credit Manager. The Credit Manager will oversee credit management processes, monitor credit risk, assess loan applications, analyze financial data, and ensure compliance with company policies. Key responsibilities include evaluating creditworthiness, determining appropriate credit limits, managing credit portfolios, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize credit and lending processes.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Credit Management, Credit Risk Management, and related tasks
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess creditworthiness and financial data
- Knowledge of Finance and Credit principles
- work with any STPL loan type company
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; postgraduate qualification is a plus
- Experience in the financial services sector or with MSMEs and Digital Loan is highly desirable
