Job Description

As a Credit Manager - Education Infrastructure Loan, you will be responsible for evaluating, approving, and managing credit proposals from educational institutions seeking funding for infrastructure development.

Key Responsibilities:

. Conduct detailed financial and operational due diligence of educational institutions (schools, colleges, universities).
. Analyse loan proposals for construction, expansion, or upgrade of educational infrastructure
. Assess creditworthiness based on cash flows, enrolment trends, fee structures, accreditation, management strength, etc.
. Prepare and present credit appraisal memos to the credit committee or approving authority.

Skills:

. Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
. Familiarity with education sector dynamics, regulations, and cash flow models.
. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, credit analysis software
