- Directly Managing Team of 2-3 Cluster Credit Executives managing -Approx 2-4 Districts.
Should have Ability to lead and coordinate with Marketing and Recovery Teams across Area.
- Should be able to manage Dealer and Manufacturer relationship through understanding the Sales team and Portfolio behavior simultaneously.
- Should be able to analyze and manage Portfolio quality and post finance issues.
- Should be able to manage Key Customer- Big groups relations directly.
- Should be able to guide and motivate the team to set higher standard in sales and Quality by in time inputs and Training.
- Should be able to understand the portfolio behavior pocket wise/ dealer wise / segment wise /profile wise to get Right signals in time.
- Experience of 4-7 Years.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Should have exposure to Tractor/ CV/CE /Car (asset based) financing experience with reputed organization- Private Banks/ NBFC/Nationalized banks- Min 5 Years.
- Graduate - /Post Graduate - Preferably CA/MBA/BCOM.
