Job Summary

The Credit Executive is responsible for managing customer credit, monitoring receivables, reconciliation for ensuring timely collections, and minimizing credit risk. The role supports healthy cash flow by enforcing credit policies, conducting credit checks, and coordinating closely with sales and operations teams.

What You Will Do

  • Cash application.
  • Assess and approve customer credit limits as per company credit policy.
  • Perform credit checks and evaluate customer financial data.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue balances.
  • Coordinate with sales team to resolve credit‑related issues.
  • Prepare and circulate ageing reports and collection status updates
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to payment terms.
  • Customer reconciliation (periodically) and issue resolution.
  • Handle customer disputes related to invoices, payments, and credit notes
  • Maintain accurate customer credit records and documentation
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Handling capital equipment project receivables.
  • Escalate high‑risk or long‑outstanding accounts to management

  • Effective communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Excel
