Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Credit Counselor based in Gurugram, India. The Credit Counselor will assist clients in managing debt, provide personalized credit counseling, and develop financial plans to support clients financial stability. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing credit reports, recommending options for debt consolidation, and guiding clients on strategies to improve their financial health. The role requires strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and instill confidence in clients.
Qualifications
- Experience in Credit Counseling and expertise in providing tailored credit solutions
- Knowledge of Debt Consolidation and Finance to guide clients effectively
- Strong Interpersonal Skills for building trust and maintaining professional client relationships

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
