Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Credit Counsellor located in Gurgaon. The Credit Counsellor will be responsible for advising clients on debt repayment options, negotiating payment arrangements, and helping clients develop financial strategies for debt resolution. Additional responsibilities include conducting financial assessments, developing repayment plans tailored to clients financial situations, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve customer satisfaction and recovery targets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial counseling, debt recovery, and client negotiation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess financial situations and propose actionable repayment plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Understanding of debt collection laws, regulations, and ethical practices
• Experience in financial services or a related industry is a plus
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
