We are looking for Young/Bright/Versatile Chartered Accountant /Public Accountant(CA Inter) for our Organisation to control our Credit and Funds
Position : Credit Control Manager
Experience/Exposure : Fund Management/Receivable Management/Co ordination with Statutory Auditors./Able to implement IFC's .
Age/Gender : Male/Female member
Reporting to : Managing Director.
Job Location : HYDERABAD
Package : Commensurate to Candidates credentials.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Credit Risk Assessment: Evaluate new credit requests, conduct client credit checks, and set appropriate credit limits.
- Debt Collection: Proactively contact customers via phone, email, and letter to ensure the timely recovery of outstanding invoices.
- Account Reconciliation: Manage the sales ledger, allocate incoming payments, and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes.
- Reporting: Prepare regular statements and financial reports regarding debtor balances and cash flow to the Financial Controller.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with sales, account management, and accounting teams to address escalated disputes or stop supplies for chronic non-payers.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: CA (Inter)/Public Accountant with 7 years Experience /CA with 3 years post qualification experience
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to negotiate and resolve conflicts politely but assertively.
- Analytical Skills: Strong numerical aptitude, extreme attention to detail, and the ability to reconcile complex accounts.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with any accounting software .
