Manage inbound calls for Oracle North America region you will be responsible to receive calls from customers/3rd parties and assist them in their queries related to their contracts and process credit card payments on as per our guidelines. You will manage incoming calls as part of your daily KRA & be responsible to provide best in class customer experience.
