Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Educate customers on the features, benefits, and terms of credit cards you are pitching.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets on a regular basis.
  • Maintain high productivity standards without compromising quality and accuracy.
  • Ensure zero cases of mis-selling or fraud during customer interactions.
  • Stay updated on market trends, features of various credit cards, and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to customers.
  • Maintain accurate data of customer leads and updates for timely follow-ups and ensure closures.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly credit card acquisition targets.
  • Identify and engage potential customers through field visits and networking.
  • Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Should have very good understanding about Credit Card Application process and CIBIL criteria
  • Should have relevant network who can be target customers for Credit Card sales pitch.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Education - 12th Pass or above in any discipline
  • Experience - 6 months of mandatory experience in Credit Card sales
  • Good selling skills
  • Should have his own Two-Wheeler (Bike / Scooter)
  • Command over the language spoken English / regional Language for city like Telugu / Marathi / Hindi / Kannada
  • Deep understanding of financial products like Credit cards/ Loans or STPS
  • Active listener with effective convincing power and Patience
  • Should be a smart thinker with the ability to perform under pressure situation
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills
