Role Description
This is a contract-based, remote role for a Credit Card Loan Tele Caller. The primary responsibilities include reaching out to potential leads via phone calls to promote and provide information about credit card loans. The role involves maintaining a high level of customer service, building client relationships, addressing inquiries related to financial products, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the tele-caller will document interactions and provide regular reports of activities to the management team.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of credit card products and understanding of financial services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients
- Customer service and problem-solving skills to handle inquiries efficiently
- Sales abilities to achieve targets and promote credit card loans
- Organizational and reporting skills to maintain accurate interaction records
