Job Summary

We are hiring an MIS Executive who will specialize in managing credit bureau dispute

resolutions and internal ticket tracking. The role will focus on resolving discrepancies,

maintaining compliance timelines, and generating operational reports to help improve

service levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and resolve credit bureau disputes raised by customers or internal teams.
  • Coordinate with Tech, Product, and Finance teams to update or correct data in bureau systems (CIBIL, CRIF, Experian, Equifax).
  • Maintain trackers for TAT adherence and regularly report issue status.
  • Manage ticketing system (Freshdesk or similar) for operational queries.
  • Prioritize and follow up on pending tickets across departments.
  • Build weekly/monthly reports on ticket volumes, issue types, and resolutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or a relevant discipline.
  • 2–4 years of experience in credit operations, ticket handling, or MIS reporting.
  • Strong Excel skills; experience with ticketing platforms preferred.
  • Basic understanding of credit bureau data and compliance norms.
  • Good communication and follow-up skills.
