Note: This is a requirement for one of the Workassist Hiring Partner.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. To manage and monitor under writing team of his region, supporting them for meeting the business targets.
2. To frame the lending policy framework, processes, and workflow, assist in setting up an error free process across locations.
3. To approve credit applications as per DOA judiciously.
4. Ensuring that quality of Bank's exposure in India is acceptable at all times.
5. Maintaining a NIL delinquent book across region and ensuring zero audit lapses and noting.
6. Provide guidance to the team of Mortgage counselors on areas of policy and processes.
