Note: This is a requirement for one of the Workassist Hiring Partner.

Primary Responsibility:

Credit manager

1. Review and assess credit proposals from the SME segment in the Western region.
2. Identify information gaps, highlight key risk issues, and provide clear recommendations.
3. Conduct financial analysis, evaluate industry and company risks, and interact with promoters when required.
4. Monitor portfolio performance, track early warning signals, and escalate adverse developments.
5. Oversee delinquency levels and ensure timely follow-up for overdue regularisation.
6. Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines (RBI norms).
7. Adhere to benchmark Turnaround Time (TAT) for credit evaluation and approval processes.
8. Support Credit Approvers in implementing SME credit strategy and credit controls across branches.
