Credit Analyst

We are seeking a Credit Analyst to develop and manage dynamic financial databases for the infrastructure sector, conduct in-depth credit analysis, and contribute to high-quality research reports. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data analytics, financial modeling, and credit risk assessment, with a strong understanding of sector-specific trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Database Development:
• Build and maintain a dynamic database for specific infrastructure sectors.
• Develop sectorial peer sets to evaluate financial and business performance.
• Interconnect standalone databases and create intuitive user interfaces for real-time analysis.
• Credit Analysis & Forecasting:
• Analyze large datasets to forecast industry trends and assess credit risk.
• Enhance the insightfulness of research and outlook reports.
• Support investor meetings with data-backed insights.
• Research & Reporting:
• Conduct detailed analytical research on infrastructure companies.
• Publish timely and high-quality research reports on sector trends and credit outlooks.
• Present findings to rating committees with credit rating recommendations.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Engage with management teams of rated issuers for analytical reviews.
• Ensure timely reviews and rating actions for assigned portfolios.

Technical Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong Excel expertise, including data visualization and macros.
• Experience with programming (basic to intermediate level) and data cleaning.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
• Robust analytical skills with the ability to form independent credit opinions.
