Overview
Stemz Group, with its diversified global presence across manufacturing, healthcare, IT, and human resources, is seeking a seasoned Credit Analyst. This person will oversee financial analysis of applicants, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flows, and credit reports.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed financial analysis of applicants, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flows, and credit reports.
Assess credit risk by evaluating repayment capacity, collateral, and overall financial stability.
Liasioning with the bank for term loans or BG or SBLC documentations, hedging, inward or outward remittance settlements.
Prepare credit appraisal memos and recommendations for credit committee approval.
Negotiating with insurers to get various insurances and review them as and when required.
Monitor existing borrower accounts to identify early warning signals and ensure timely repayments
Liaise with internal teams (sales, operations, legal) to gather relevant information and ensure proper documentation.
Stay updated with industry trends, market risks, and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of all assessments, approvals, and credit files.
Qualifications & Experience
MBA qualification is mandatory
4-5 years of experience in Finance, preferably in corporate environments
Reporting Line
Reports directly to the Finance Controller.
