Credit Analyst

Role & responsibilities

- You should be a subject matter expert with a strong understanding of Credit and Lending processes with between 6-10 years of experience.

- Hands-on experience with advanced programming languages (e.g., Python or Pyspark) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or Qlsense) is necessary.

- Your role will require expertise in data management, analytics, and a knowledge of large company structures, values, and processes.

- Proven experience in leading delivery across diverse environments and managing stakeholders is essential.

Key skills for this role include effective communication, virtual team management, data analysis, agile methodology, and stakeholder management. A solid understanding of the use of credit models (regulatory, decision, pricing) within the Credit & Lending journey.

Experience in managing stakeholders and using Agile tools like JIRA & Confluence is beneficial.

- Educated to masters standard or equivalent experience (Desired)

- Industry recognized technical certifications (Desired)

- Candidate with Risk Management/Finance/Banking knowledge & experience (Desired)
