IMPORTANT POINTERS
- Credit underwriting / appraisal with experience in reporting writing
- Knowledge and expertise in preparation of end to end credit reports (i.e. industry & peer analysis, risk rating, documentation, collateral etc.)
- Financial analysis including cash flow, working capital, leverage, EV etc.
- Knowledge about covenants (financial & non-financial), collateral
- Experience in financial projections, model forecasting
- Experience in covering US clients
