Role: Project Manager Credit Data & Risk Integration
Role Objective
Own and drive resolution of recurring data issues impacting risk systems by bridging Risk, Data, and Technology teams ensuring problems are solved at root cause, not recycled through JIRA.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of contact between Risk, Data (Sec Master / EDM / IBOR), and Tech teams
- Deep-dive into JIRA backlog to identify patterns, themes, and root causes
- Translate risk-side issues into actionable data and system fixes
- Drive end-to-end resolution across platforms (EDM, ThinkFolio, IBOR, downstream risk systems)
- Establish prioritization framework based on risk impact and business criticality
- Reduce recurring issues by implementing structural fixes and control mechanisms
- Bring discipline to:
- JIRA workflows
- SLA tracking
- Issue ownership and closure quality
- Run focused working sessions to unblock teams and accelerate resolution
What We're Looking For
- 812 years experience in asset management / investment banking / data transformation roles
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
- Strong understanding of:
- Credit instruments
- Security master / reference data
- IBOR / front-to-risk data flows
- Proven ability to diagnose data issues across multiple systems
- Comfortable working with tools like JIRA and data governance platforms (e.g., Collibra)
- Not just a PM someone who can challenge, simplify, and drive outcomes
