About the organization: Getfive is a SEBI registered merchant banking firm based out of Mumbai & Ahmedabad. The firm is focused on IPO as well as fund raising through Private Equity and Debt. Along with the merchant banking division, the firm has also launched AIF – CAT 1.
Job Location: Ahmedabad (Work from office)
Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support financial analysis for pre-IPO opportunities and manage existing client relationships. The role requires strong understanding of financial evaluation along with strong follow-up skills in a merchant banking environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in analysis and evaluation of pre-IPO investment opportunities, including review of financials and business models.
• Track deal progress and support internal coordination with relevant teams.
• Prepare summaries, reports, and internal notes for decision-making.
• Maintain relationships with the existing network of financial consultants.
• Ensure continuous follow-up with existing clients to track opportunities and ongoing engagements.
• Track and monitor deal pipeline, investor interest, and transaction progress.
Skills & Qualifications
• Master's degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related field
• 1–4 years of experience in financial services, banking, investment or client relationship roles• Strong understanding of financial statements and business analysis
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
