Role/ Job Title: Credit Analyst - Education Loans
Function/ Department: Credit - underwriting
Job Purpose:
Candidate will be responsible for testing of all new changes in SFDC and Finnone , resolving all issue by liaisoning with tech team for early resolution of ground level issue . Training new and old stakeholder on new changes implemented in system and submission of all reporting related DATA. this is over and above his underwriting role.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ranking methodology authorization of the grids as per checker in line with Policy.
- Collaborate with Product and other stake holders on digital journey.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to drive innovation in education loan
- Analytical abilities including interpretation of data and deciphering the findings into meaningful visuals
- Work on complex SFDC /Finnone related issues and working as a support function for all day to day issues related to data reporting and underwriting.
- Training Pan India credit team on system developments and Processes
- Creating and managing BRDs ( Business Requirement Documents ) , UAT ,Production movement & Tech support ,JIRA grooming
- Product Analysis and recommendations to Policy Unit for change in policy
- Initiatives related to location/product/TAT/Productivity/Business Volumes
- Co ordinating with AVT / L1 team for mapping of additional locations and correction of existing AVT
- Co ordination with COE team & Product team for preparation of Build list and its Prioritization
- Analysing FICO dependency and accordingly raising related FICO build to policy along with discussion / grooming
- Testing UAT / Pre Prod , Preparation of scenarios ,uploading test cases , Sign off for Production movement
- Monitoring Build post Production Movement as sanity
- Assistance / Recommendation for Process finalization activities eg SOPs , workflow , operation Login / disbursement checklist
- Data preparation / Analysis required for different credit related activities mainly regarding Audit / its related monitoring
- Monthly Hindsighting activity of Ranking methodology.
- Review Mechanism for Past dated entries under ranking methodology.
- Reconciliation between SFDC and Finnone activity for ranking.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Assist during Audit period
- Data and MIS management and reporting
- Data compilation for presentaion and review
Qualifications:
Graduate / Post Graduate / Professional qualification
