Role Description
The Credit Analyst - Debt Syndication is a full-time on-site role based in Vadodara. The role involves evaluating creditworthiness, conducting financial analysis, and preparing detailed credit proposals. The Credit Analyst will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support debt syndication processes, assess financial risks, and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. The candidate will also be responsible for preparing reports, maintaining client relationships, and delivering insights to facilitate informed decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Credit Management and Credit Analysis
- Strong Analytical Skills for financial and operational assessments
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively convey insights and interact with diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of Finance principles and practices
- Ability to assess and manage credit risks
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
- Experience in debt syndication, financial modeling, and client management is a plus
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and problem-solving ability
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and market trends in finance
