  • Knowledge of provider credentialing and its direct impact on the practices revenue cycle
  • Excellent computer skills including Excel, Word, and Internet use Detail oriented with above average organizational skills
  • Plans and prioritizes to meet deadlines
  • Excellent customer service skills; communicates clearly and effectively Flexible to work in Night Shift
  • Candidate should have experience in calling payers / talking to providers – Voice Profile Good written skills and excellent customer service skills
  • Any Graduation or diploma. 3 plus years credentialing experience preferred
  • 3-5 years of proven experience.
  • Work Location – Chennai
