This full-time, on-site Credentialing Specialist role is based in Chennai. The Credentialing Specialist will oversee the credentialing and re-credentialing of healthcare providers, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and payer requirements. Responsibilities will include maintaining accurate provider records, conducting verifications, coordinating provider enrollment with Medicare and other payers, and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors. The role demands a strong focus on customer service, communication, and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Credentialing and Medical Staff Credentialing processes
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience with Medicare credentialing and provider enrollment
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory guidelines and payer requirements
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Experience with healthcare billing or revenue cycle management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field is preferred
