Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Credentialing & Provider Enrollment Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end credentialing operations for our US healthcare clients. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes ownership, drives accuracy, and knows the credentialing landscape inside out.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end provider credentialing and re-credentialing with hospitals, payers, and insurance networks
  • Oversee provider enrollment with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers
  • Ensure all credentialing files, CAQH profiles, and payer applications are up to date and compliant
  • Lead and mentor a team of credentialing specialists, setting clear goals and SLAs
  • Liaise directly with US-based clients to provide timely updates and resolve escalations
  • Track enrollment timelines, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements
  • Maintain working knowledge of payer-specific requirements, deadlines, and documentation standards
  • Generate reports and dashboards for leadership review on credentialing TAT and payer status

What We're Looking For

  • Education: Graduate in any stream
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years in Credentialing & Provider Enrollment
  • RCM Knowledge: Preferred
  • Leadership: Prior team management experience preferred
  • Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
  • Work Mode: Work from Office – Gurugram

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of US healthcare payer landscape and credentialing workflows
  • Hands-on experience with CAQH, PECOS, Availity, or similar platforms
  • Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple providers and deadlines simultaneously
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and tracking
