Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Credentialing Executive with strong knowledge of
US Healthcare Credentialing processes. The candidate will be responsible for
provider enrollment, credentialing, and compliance with insurance companies and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle provider credentialing and re-credentialing processes
- Assist in provider enrollment with insurance companies
- Collect, verify, and maintain provider documentation
- Follow up with insurance companies to track application status
- Maintain and update CAQH profiles
- Manage Medicare enrollment processes
- Ensure provider compliance with regulatory and payer requirements
- Monitor credentialing timelines and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth provider onboarding
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in US Healthcare Credentialing
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Hands-on experience with CAQH, Insurance Portals, and Medicare enrollment
- Good understanding of US provider credentialing workflows
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance preferred
