Job Summary
The
CCT Specialist supports provider credentialing and compliance activities by managing applications, coordinating documentation, and ensuring timely follow-ups to enable smooth provider onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and initiate credentialing opportunities
- Perform pre-application review and analysis
- Complete and manage provider credentialing applications
- Compile, submit, and track applications through completion
- Follow up with providers and payers on pending items
- Handle provider queries and document-related escalations
Eligibility & Skills Required
- Graduate degree in any field
- CPCS (Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist) is an added advantage
- Minimum 6 months of work experience in any field
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Willingness to work in flexible shifts
