Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets for RCM transitions, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Build the department and team of RCM Transition Specialists to ensure they are delivering high quality services and meeting project timelines and budgets.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including IT, billing and coding teams, vendor partners, and clients, to identify and resolve issues related to RCM transitions.
Ensure that RCM processes, policies, and procedures are optimized for efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Analyze and report on RCM performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure alignment with client needs and expectations.
Develop and deliver training programs for staff and clients on new RCM systems and processes.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices related to RCM, and incorporate them into RCM transition plans and strategies.
Manage communication plans and ensure that all stakeholders are informed of the progress of RCM transitions.
Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential risks associated with RCM transitions.
Work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition and integration of RCM systems and processes.
Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvements to enhance the efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
Candidate needs to have Excellent Communication and Presentation skills.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management.
Proven experience in managing complex RCM transition projects, including developing and executing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Strong leadership skills, including the ability to manage a team of professionals and provide direction and guidance to achieve project goals.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and clients.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and drive process improvements.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards related to healthcare revenue cycle management, including HIPAA, HITECH, and CMS guidelines.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Experience with RCM systems and technologies, including electronic health record (EHR) systems, billing and coding software, and claims processing platforms
