CREATOR - Visual Designer & Production

ABOUT THE ROLE                        

We are looking for a visually-driven Creative Designer & Video Production who thinks in frames, colours, and cuts. You will produce our podcast videos, create scroll-stopping Reels and Shorts, design beautiful graphics, and manage our visual identity across all platforms — leveraging AI-powered design and video tools.

ROLE OVERVIEW

Role: Visual Designer & Production

Experience: 0–1 Year (Strong portfolio mandatory)

Qualification: Any Graduate — BCA / B.Des / BFA / B.Com

Languages: Hindi + English (visual-first)

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

▸  Edit video and produce short-form clips for social media

▸  Create Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts — concept to publish

▸  Design all graphic assets: posts, carousels, infographics, and story templates

▸  Set up and manage the recording environment — camera, audio, and lighting

▸  Handle social media scheduling and posting across all visual platforms

▸  Design website graphics, presentations, and pitch decks as required

▸  Generate AI-powered thumbnails, auto-captions, and creative graphics

▸  Maintain brand consistency

AI TOOLS YOU WILL USE

▸  Canva AI — rapid graphic design and brand-consistent templates

▸  CapCut AI — intelligent video editing, effects, and transitions

▸  Midjourney — creative and concept-driven graphic generation

▸  AI-powered auto-captions and thumbnail generators for content optimisation

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

▸  Strong portfolio of reels, short videos, and graphic design work

▸  Proficiency in video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent)

▸  Hands-on experience with Canva or similar design tools

▸  Good eye for composition, colour theory, and typography

▸  Ability to set up and manage basic recording equipment

▸  Working knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and social scheduling tools

▸  Fast executor — ability to produce quality content under tight deadlines
