Role Description As a Creator UGC at PPStack, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing high-quality user-generated content (UGC) that aligns with our brand, educational offerings, and digital initiatives. You will create short-form videos, social media posts, testimonials, and educational content tailored for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Daily activities include researching trends in EdTech and career development, scripting and filming content, editing media assets, and collaborating with the marketing and product teams to support campaigns and course launches. You will engage with the community, encourage learners to share their stories, and repurpose authentic user content to amplify brand reach and trust. This is a full-time remote role, requiring consistent availability, proactive communication, and the ability to work across time zones and collaborate virtually.
Qualifications

• Content creation and storytelling skills, including short-form video production, social media content creation, and on-camera presentation.
• Basic media production abilities, such as video editing, sound and lighting awareness, and familiarity with tools like CapCut, Canva, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of social media platforms and digital trends, especially within EdTech, careers, AI, and technology-focused communities.
• Strong research and writing skills to translate educational topics into engaging, accessible, and accurate content.
• Ability to interpret brand guidelines, maintain consistent tone and visual style, and collaborate with marketing and design teams.
• Comfort engaging with diverse audiences, encouraging authentic user participation, and managing feedback or community interactions professionally.
• Self-driven, organized, and able to handle multiple content projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a remote environment.
• Prior experience in UGC creation, influencer content, EdTech, education, or career-focused content is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Relevant education or training in media, communications, marketing, or a related field is beneficial; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
