Role Description The UGC Creator role at PPStack is a full-time remote position focused on producing engaging, authentic, and educational user-generated content that aligns with the brand's mission and services. In this role, you will conceptualize and create short-form videos, social media posts, testimonials, and storytelling content that showcase learner journeys, course outcomes, and the impact of PPStack's solutions. You will collaborate with marketing, product, and academic teams to understand key messages, campaign goals, and audience needs, then translate them into compelling content tailored for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and scripting content, filming and editing videos, repurposing long-form content into snackable formats, engaging with the online community, and tracking performance metrics to refine content strategies. You will also stay updated on EdTech, AI, and digital career trends to ensure that the content remains relevant, credible, and inspiring for learners worldwide.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in short-form video creation, filming, and basic editing tailored for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and similar channels.
• Ability to develop creative concepts, scripts, and storyboards that translate educational topics, career tips, and learner journeys into engaging UGC content.
• Experience with social media content creation, including platform-specific best practices, audience engagement, and community interaction.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and delivering clear, confident, and inclusive messaging that resonates with diverse audiences.
• Basic knowledge of EdTech, AI, and digital skills (e.g., data, cloud, or programming fundamentals) or strong interest in learning these domains.
• Ability to analyze content performance using social media analytics tools and apply insights to improve future content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and brand consistency across all content formats.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects
