About the Role

We're looking for a Creator Scouting Executive to discover the next wave of Marathi talent. You'll spend your time exploring platforms, spotting promising creators, and building a strong pipeline of talent for our team to work with.

Responsibilities

• Discover and shortlist promising Marathi creators across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
• Research creator profiles — reach, engagement, content quality, and audience fit
• Reach out to creators for initial conversations
• Maintain an organised pipeline/database of scouted creators
• Track content trends and identify rising talent early
• Coordinate with the team to hand over strong prospects

Required Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in creator scouting, talent research, social media, or a similar role
• Language proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English
• Strong eye for content quality and audience potential
• Well-organised and comfortable with research and outreach
• Deep familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, and the creator space
